Projects are scheduled based on availability and may require a deposit to secure a start date. Delays due to client indecision, unforeseen conditions, or supply chain issues may impact timelines.
4. Design Ownership
All design concepts, plans, renderings, and materials created by Diane Victoria Interiors remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be reused, reproduced, or shared without written consent.
5. Custom Work and Materials
Due to the nature of custom design, all sales of made-to-order items (e.g., draperies, cushions, refinished furniture) are final. We do not offer refunds on custom materials or services once production has begun.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information and access to the property.
Timely decision-making and approvals.
Reviewing and agreeing to material selections and design choices.
7. Payment Terms
A deposit is typically required to begin a project, with remaining payments due according to the terms outlined in your agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept payments by cash, check, or approved electronic methods.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project and materials already ordered. Rescheduling must be coordinated in advance and is subject to availability.
9. Liability and Damages
While every effort is made to ensure the highest level of care and quality, Diane Victoria Interiors is not liable for damages resulting from:
Pre-existing conditions in the home
Delays caused by third-party suppliers or contractors
Improper maintenance after project completion
10. Website Use
All content on this site—including images, text, and design—is owned by Diane Victoria Interiors and may not be used without permission. Any misuse of content will be subject to legal action.
11. Changes to Terms
